Meet Katherine
Founder - Executive Career Strategist -Fortune 100 HR Leader
I’ve spent 15 years in the hiring rooms of the Fortune 100 companies. I’ve seen millions of resumes, conducted thousands of interviews, and met with thousands of hiring managers, but more importantly, I’ve seen the humans behind them.
My Mission: I started this firm because I genuinely love the journey of career transformation. I saw too many talented leaders—especially women—getting "stuck" simply because they didn't have an advocate who knew the secret language of recruiters and hiring managers.
My Heart: My goal is to make you feel as proud of your accomplishments as I am to represent them. I take pride in staying on the cutting edge of industry research, so you always have the best "intel" at your disposal.
My Credentials: Bachelor of Economics; Master’s in Public Admin; SHRM-CP Certification; 15+ years as a Talent Acquisition and HR Leader at Fortune 100 companies.
My Life Outside of HR: I’m a wife, a mom of three, and a foster mom. If I’m not coaching, you’ll find me near a river or lake, volunteering, or enjoying a quiet moment with my family. I believe a great career should serve a great life—not the other way around.
